Day 1

Day 2

• [ ] Develop user personas based on research data
• [ ] Create customer journey maps to identify pain points
• [ ] Conduct empathy mapping exercise
• [ ] Review and refine solution hypotheses

Day 3

• [ ] Generate multiple solution concepts through ideation exercises
• [ ] Evaluate and prioritize ideas using agreed-upon criteria
• [ ] Conduct "How Might We" (HMW) sessions
• [ ] Begin solo-storming activities

Day 4

• [ ] Refine top ideas and create low-fidelity prototypes
• [ ] Conduct internal feedback session on prototypes
• [ ] Iterate on prototypes based on initial feedback
